SHIPPING POLICY

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed with OURTRUEFATE Clothing Inc. (OURTRUEFATE).

Every Our True Fate order is made to ship from our international fulfillment partner. Here's exactly what to expect after you check out.

DELIVERY TIMELINE (US AND CANADA)

Processing: 1–2 business days
Shipping: 7–9 business days 
Total estimated delivery: 8–11 business days from the date of your order

Business days are Monday to Friday and don't include weekends or holidays. During drops, sales and the holiday season, carriers can add a few extra days.

SHIPPING RATES

Free shipping on all orders over $90, 365 days of the year.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

You'll get an order confirmation email right after checkout. Once your order ships, you'll get a second email with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to show movement after it's created. That's normal, and it means your package is on the way to the carrier.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items are clearly labeled on the product page. They ship on the date listed there, not on the standard timeline above. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order ships together once the pre-order item is ready. If you need the in-stock items quicker, feel free to email us for possible shipping inquires.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States and Canada

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

All duties and import fees are included in your order total. You won't pay anything extra at delivery. Taxes are calculated on top of your order summary according to the locations tax obligations.

DELAYS

If your order is going to take longer than the timeline above, we'll email you with an updated delivery date. You can then wait for your order or cancel it for a full refund.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us at OURTRUEFATESupport@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate it, and if it can't be found, we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at OURTRUEFATESupport@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll update it before it ships. We can't change the address once an order has shipped.
